Equipping Ourselves To Fullfill Christ's Work: Evangelism, Discipleship, and Ministry (Mark 1:14-34) | |||||
Spring Revival will be held on April 2-4, 2007 beginning at 6:30 p.m. each night. The evangelist will be Pastor Sam Thompson of the 31st Avenue Baptist Church of Meridian, Mississippi. Our Music Ministry will present a Pre-Easter Musical on April 5, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. Our Church Family will participate in two Good Friday Worship experiences on April 6, 2007. The first worship experience will be at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. The last saying of Christ on the Cross will be exposed on by our Pastor. The second Worship experience will be held at the Greater King David Baptist Church.
We will only one worship experience at 10:45 on Resurrection Sunday. Sunday School will precede our worship at 9:30 a.m.
Applications for the Lewis L. White Memorial Scholarship are available in the Church Office. Completed applications must be returned no later than
Friday, April 20, 2007. This year we will award a maximum of 5 scholarships totaling $17,000 to deserving members who are high school graduates and have been members of our Church for at least 2 years.
